I'm so behind.
Normally, my tree would be decorated by this time. My nativity would be on display. My Christmas shopping would almost be complete. Presents would be wrapped, and I would be baking Christmas cookies.
This year...
My tree just got put together this morning. Still lightless. Still sans ornaments.
The boxes containing my nativity, ornaments, and all decorations have made their way out of storage, but are still upstairs.
My Christmas village....maybe next year.
I have not ONE SINGLE present wrapped. I have maybe five bought. ugh!
Not one cookie baked.
But I'm okay.
A Christmas movie is on the menu tonight. The tree will be decorated fully by tonight.
And the rest will come.
BEING THANKFUL FOR THE BLESSINGS, LOVE, HAPPINESS, AND CHALLENGES OF EACH NEW DAY.
